By accessing and using uTeammate XC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

uTeammate XC is designed for legitimate team management and athletic tracking purposes. By using our service, you agree to:

• Use uTeammate XC only for its intended purpose of team management, athletic tracking, and related activities
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• Respect community standards and maintain appropriate conduct when interacting with other users
• Not use the service in any malicious, harmful, or disruptive manner
• Not attempt to exploit, compromise, or circumvent uTeammate XC's security measures or privacy protections
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or restricted areas of the platform
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with our services without permission

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uTeammate XC:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Using the service for any commercial purpose without authorization

4. Age Requirements and COPPA Compliance

uTeammate XC is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We are committed to compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and take the protection of children's privacy seriously.

If you are under 13 years of age, you may not create an account or use our services directly. However, parents, guardians, or coaches may create accounts to manage activities on behalf of younger athletes.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of uTeammate XC, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

• Disable or deny service to users who violate community standards or engage in prohibited activities
• Take legal action against users who violate applicable laws or cause harm to our service or other users
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law

Termination of your account may result in the deletion of your data and loss of access to the service. We are not liable for any loss of data or content following account termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

uTeammate XC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microburst Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of uTeammate XC.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Microburst Technologies, Inc. and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of uTeammate XC or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Microburst Technologies, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of uTeammate XC following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
