In addition to the 4 types of uReserve Users described HERE, uReserve 8
introduced the ability to define custom permissions/certifications that can be used to
limit who is allowed to reserve specific resources.
Step 1: Define one or more new permissions on the uReserve Admin Panel.
Step 2: Specify the new permission(s) as a requirement for any of your resources.
Step 3: Give users the new permission(s) as needed.
