Is there a way to have a category within a category? Say I have a category called BOOKS, but
I have so many books that I want to categorize them more. So when I choose BOOKS, I can then choose between Manuals, Fiction, Non-Fiction, etc.

No, in uStorekeeper, there is not a "Subcategory" feature at this time. What you may be able to do, however, is just name your categories accordingly... such as:

Books - Biographies
Books - Fiction
Books - Mystery
Books - Non-Fiction
Books - Travel
Candles - Dripless
Candles - Non-scented
Candles - Scented

... This will result in an effect in the category selection menu similar to having subcategories.

Also, don't forget the "Max Products Per Page" setting when adding the categories. This setting can help you to automatically separate many products in one category out over multiple "NEXT" pages. See the "Add Category" section in the User's Guide for more information on that:
