|I have installed this script befor w/o trouble but this new installation returns an error "Invalid HTML Page" when clicking the "Go to Store" button in manager as well as when browsing directly to the uStore script...what did I miss and how do I fix this? Can't find this in the FAQ section or config. manual.|

|I would suggest double-checking the value that you configured in question #4 at the top of the "ustorekeeper-lib.pl" file... the "$runtime_script_url" setting. Make sure that the URL you have there is valid and doesn't have any typos.|

I have reviewed and cannot find an error on these lines. Other ideas?

|As a reseller of your software it is not good business to have to stall customers who are paying for results. This issue is now three days old and no help is forthcoming.|
Please reply this morning as customer is calling me AGAIN ! about this installation.

As of late, our free support system has been swamped with Support Requests, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. In general, we endeavor to reply within 2 business days, which is fairly high a standard in the industry.
Concerning your problem, I will definitely need more information.
1. The URL http://220.127.116.11/cgi-bin/store/ustorekeeper.pl which you posted, generates an invalid HTML page. This means one of a few things. a)That you uploaded it wrong. b)That the .pl file is corrupted. c) See 2. below.
This...is viewable. Standard cgi-bins are setup to not permit viewing their indexed contents. IE- http://www.uburst.com/cgi-bin/ ...
This may mean that the cgi-bin itself is not setup properly. Try running our cgi test script on the site and seeing if it works.
3. Have you tried to resetup the script from the start? Sometimes an undetected error will occur in transfer and cause strange malfunctions.
This is all I can suggest without more info. What is the password to the script? Can you post a diagnostic report?
