Original Message | A reversing of uStorekeeper's use, first with an HTML page Author Mark Bishop on 02-22-2000 at 06:10 (EST) | In thinking over how to effectively use and integrate uStoreKeeper's powerful Perl engine, and not sacrifice using creative HTML pages, I thought about reversing the implmentation process of using uStoreKeeper.
What if one instead first created a Web page with the product graphic and description and other HTML code, and then had an ORDER button on the Web page that tied directly into the uStoreKeeper script and also using the GOTO string to a specific product item already in uStoreKeeper's database?
This is a reversal of sorts, but then when you think about it, if you use uStoreKeeper first, you then are alloted a secondary Product URL, but the user is stuck in using his or her BACK button to get back into uStoreKeeper's ordering system. But if you made a Web page for your item first, then just tied in the Order button to uStoreKeeper, it works out. No?
Anyone else see potential here?
Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I'll check with the developer and see what he says about it.
