i want to be able to have images in my form.. an when they flip from one image to next...
the form also flips with it...

i want in the form

Image of my shirt
an input feild to put there name
an another input field for second or third name

then have drop down list of different sizes plus price modifyer

kids 50-50, + 5.00
kids 100%, + 5.00
adults 50-50, 8.00
adults 100%, + 8.00
xl 50-50, + 10.00

Perhaps look at JavaScript "Input Example 4" in the uShop Applet Reference:

Note how the image is changed based on the color that is selected.
