We have the order page coming up with the items in the cart.... note... all information is included in the address line in the browser... we can get to the payment information page and can click on the submit button... it then give a page cannot be displayed message.. can you please help

Several things to check-

Is the secure URL specified in question 4. of the script correct? ie: (

Are your order template html files uploaded to the correct directory in ASCII format?

Does that directory have the correct permissions set?

Another thing to check is the < FORM > tag on your "order_template.html" page. The < FORM > tag on your "order_template.html" page is CASE-SENSATIVE.... and must be in all UPPER CASE. (Some HTML editors will try to make that tag lower-case.).

If none of these suggestions resolve the problem, give me the URL where I can see the problem and I will take a look at it.
