Every so often, a user calls me to say they cannot delete their reservation. they swear they have entered in the correct password. this has happened too many times for it to be a mistyping password problem. Any resolutions to this would be appreciated. Also, is there a way i can go in and delete their reservation for them without knowing their password. I assume i can do it with my admin priviledges, but i don't know how
When they cannot delete their reservation, do they get any error messages?
In regard to the administrator deleting reservations... yes, the administrator can delete/modify any reservation by just entering the administrator password in password field on the delete/modify form.
