Hi, First I thought it was Mac's that were having problems but a customer using new Dell PC is unable to get passed the order button. I think most orders are coming through but I can't pinpoint why some aren't.

There is very little we can recommend or diagnose without further information on how the problem in your ordering process occured for that user.
The new Dell PC, is it using WindowsXP? Have they downloaded the Java Virtual Machine? Are they able to view applets at all?
You could recommend to them that they download the Java Virtual Machine from Microsoft if the answers to the above questions are "No".
