Author Mike on 02-07-2001 at 12:24 (EST) | Periodically the usignin.csv file dumps all its information except for the header data. Which means that I have to upload a backup of the .csv file or re-enter all our people. This happen about once a month.
Anybody have any clues as to why this may be happening and if anything can be done. I'm running version 1.1 of the script, waiting patiently for version 2.0.

Does this occur after/during any specific procedure ? Anything else you can think of that may help me figure out what's going on ?

Here are the details:
The board is modified periodically by 12 techs who do desktop support. Their status is changed about once an hour by either the tech or our dispatcher. Technically the board may be modified by two different people at the exact same time.
Script is the full 1.1 version. Purchased from uBurst a few months ago.
Script lives in this directory (wb)
drwxrwxrwx 2 mdwerne csu897 1024 Feb 13 10:11 wb
Permissions on the script are -rwxrwxrwx
Permissions on the .csv are -rw-r--r--
Running throught Perl5 on a sun station.
We have three departments - admin,sms,rotation
Some of the header labels have been changed in the script to fit our group better. Other than that it's pretty much the straight script.
Today is the first time it's dumped since my last posting about this problem. So it's hard to make a correlation as to why it happens.
