Using uShopPrintFormCGI.class so our customer can mail in payment. How can get it to create order number and automatic sent e-mail to customer and store owner like the other uShopOrders.

The uShopPrintOrderCGI applet in uShop 2.0 was not designed to generate an order number nor send an email receipt. That fact that the uShopPrintOrderCGI applet even has a “receipt” checkbox is a known problem with that applet in uShop 2.0….in that it shouldn’t even be on the applet. uShop 3.4 did away with alot of this type of problem.

While uShop 3.0 supports all of the (combined) features you are looking for, earlier versions of uShop don't.
