We have several clients that are on AOL and are having problems with the "Secure Order Page" getting "hung". The page loads to about 39% and then just stops and doesn't go any farther. Has anyone else had this problem or know of anything to do to rectify this? I connect through a cable modem and have had no problems with the order pages. I really like uShop and would rather not use another shopping cart if I can avoid it. Thanks in advance for your help. Sites in question are www.amberfields.net and www.ncfurniturequotes.com

Since AOL browsers really consist of Microsoft Internet Explorer, the problem you are experiencing is related to the January 19th Note concerning IE at:

http://www.uburst.com/uShop/reference/security.html#SECURITY5

In particular, for your www.amberfields.net site, change the codebase of the applets on your order form from:

codebase="https://www.amberfields.net/classes/"

to

codebase="http://www.amberfields.net/classes/"

And that should correct the problem.
