Based on your error message:

1) Did you remember to transfer the file to your server in ASCII or TEXT transfer mode (as opposed to BINARY or RAW transfer mode)?

2) When specifying directory paths in the configuration questions, did you remember to use forward "/" slashes instead of back slashes (since "" is a special symbol in Perl)?

Are you still getting the "Server Error"... or are you now getting an "Unable to open udirectory-configuration.txt" error?

If you are still getting a server error, then the problem WILL be one of the items described at in Section 2 of the following troubleshooting page:
