Is there any way of ammending orders once they have been placed by the users.

I would like to be able to change the state of an order. Using the order reader.

E.g. Awaiting parts, or complete, or needs further investigation, etc.

Unfortunately, not at this time... but I'll add the request to the Future Feature Wish List for consideration.

We only have a demo version, and this feature is stopping us buying it. The only reason I ask is because we will be using the system to track job requests from users. Such as "could you change my email address to xyz", we need to know when this has ben done.

Is there any way that if we bought ushop you would be able to come up with a simple, quick solution for this problem?

Thanks for the speedy reply Bill.

uShop was really just designed to collect/process online orders.... and not really meant to be used as a customer database. Dynamic customer information would have to be maintained external to uShop.

So that kind of applies to tracking job requests too. That is, if they're dynamic, then you'll need some database/tool -- external to uShop -- to maintain that information.
