|When the customer is entering an order into any|
of the order applets, the applets do not use some
of the standard Windows keystrokes for navigation through the fields.
For instance, shift+tab does not move backwards
through the fields. Also, pressing tab to move
between the fields works until you enter the name
shown on your credit card. After pressing 'Tab'
while on that field, you're moved immediately
to the Comments field, skipping the Credit Card
Number and Expiration Date fields entirely.
Also along these lines, standard Windows drop
down lists (i.e., for the State or Country) would
allow you to type the first letter of the item
you're looking for to move to that portion of the
list. For instance, I live in Washington state,
so to pick Washington on the order form, I should
be able to press 'W' and be moved down to the W
Any help in these lines would really standardize
order entry with normal Windows operation to help
our customers be more comfortable when entering
