I have loaded the ushop-cgiscript.cgi, which I had your wizard create, onto the server. When I go to test it, a message box appears asking for name and password, then when I click cancel on that box, it shows a http server error, saying something about ACL permissions. I have talked with my web host, and he says that all the files have both execute and read permissions set. What am I doing wrong??? This is driving me crazy! Thanks!!!

Hi Cheryl,

I can imagine it would drive you crazy. Who is your web host?? That is not a 'permissions' problem. The 'anonymous user' logon is failing. Either they have it turned off for your website or the security/password (for anonymous user) is set incorrectly. That is a host problem, not yours. If they don't resolve it, find another host.
