I have been trying to setup my site for quite awhile now. I am having the problem of when you hit the order button from the cart it displays the following message. Tech support has been no help the 2 times I have emailed them.

Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/ushop_cgiscript.cgi was not found on this server.

My URL is www.clarktradeco.com if you go to go shopping then to heritage there is one product applet there the you can go to check out and get the same error that I am getting....

I am in desperate need of help... I have deleted everthing and reinstalled with the new cgi script and applets....

When setting up the ushop_cgiscript, the first thing you should do is make sure that you successfully get the copyright page when you go to the URL of the script on your server. Notice that you get the copyright page when you go to the URL of the script on the Microburst web site:

http://www.uburst.com/cgi-bin/ushop_cgiscript.pl

You should get the same when going to the URL of the script on your site.

Once you do, then that full URL is what you should use as the "scriptpath" parameter of your uShopOrderCGI applet.

See the uShop CGI Setup Wizard at:

http://www.uburst.com/uShop/reference/

for additional assistance setting up the uShop CGI script.
