I would like to hard code the view cart, checkout and information buttons in an image map. What html should I use?
Thank you

Well, you could try associating the following links with each of your buttons:

View Cart Button
http://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/ustorekeeper.pl?command=view_cart

Place Order Button
https://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/ustorekeeper.pl?command=place_order

Information Button
http://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/ustorekeeper.pl?command=information

However, normally uStorekeeper will dynamically add additional session information onto those links ... and since you are going to be hardcoding that information... it will basically mean that all customers must have "Cookies" enabled on their browsers. (Which most be people do).

Is there anyway to alter the script so that it will display text "view cart" instead of an image.

I would like to keep the session ID as I have tried the previous suggestion but when my customers add products to their basket and then go to place the order everything is lost.

There are too many people these days that do not enable cookies...
