Hi, My client is very happy with the performance of ushop, but is concerned about the popup being a warning msg. Is there a way to replace the alert popup with a popup window with the same message? Is there someone we can pay to make the change?

Unfortunately, the "unsigned applet warning" display on the "added to cart" popup window is added by the Java Virtual Machine itself. It is not something we can control.

Here are a couple options to get around it:

1) Obviously, you could just set the "popup" parameter to "NO" and then just use one of the uShopCart applets to indicate when an items has been added to the cart. The uShopCart2 and/or the uShopCart3 applets are usually good for that.

2) Or you could use uShop's JavaScript Interface instead of uShop's standard Java Applets. uShop's JavaScript interface would basically allow you create your own HTML forms and JavaScripts for adding items to the shopping cart. The JavaScript "alert" function could then be used to popup a window whenever an item has been added. Refer to the "JavaScript Examples" in the uShop Applet Referece (http://www.uburst.com/uShop/applets.html) and the uShop Programmer's Guide (http://www.uburst.com/uShop/reference/programmers_guide.html) for more information about using JavaScripts with uShop.
