Order number - another thing
Author Thomas Huulbęk Andersen on 08-30-2001 at 10:18 (EST)
Another thing is this: Two times it has happened that the order number, which is the time-stamp, for example 20010830145236, has had an extra digit added?? I understand nothing of this, how can this happen. The problem is that if this happens the number is larger than all other numbers in the ordersystem and none of the orders will be processed. Hope you can explain this??

Regards,

Thomas

The "extra digit" is probably a "2" being added from the check I described in response to your other question:
