Problems Modifying the order_template.html
Author Brian Levine on 01-20-2001 at 17:01 (EST)
I tried to modify the order_template.html to add our logo and a background image. When I did and tested it, when I filled out the form and hit continue, it asked my for my ushop administration password, rather than take me to the confirmation page. When I put the old page back, it worked fine. Is it not possible to modify this page?

That problem is usually caused by the < FORM > tag on your "order_template.html" file accidentally getting changed to lower case (some HTML editors seem to do that).

The < FORM > tag that is located near the top of the "order_template.html" file is case-sensative.... so check the source code of your "order_template.html" file and make sure the < FORM > tag is in ALL-CAPS. If not, maybe just use a regular text editor to change it to ALL-CAPS.
