I am still having garbage in my comment area. I have moved the wrap="SOFT" next to the name="comments", but it still gives me syntax description, and now what appears is the first line of street address

please let me know how to fix this ?
thanks

I may have told you wrong last time...but that "WRAP=SOFT" is ok. Instead, I think the problem again, may be related to that case-sensitivity problem that you keep running into. (Perhaps it is your HTML editor that is changing the case because the defaults in the order_template.html are correct).

Anyway, make sure that "comments" TEXTAREA in your order template is set to exactly:

(TEXTAREA WRAP=SOFT NAME="comments" COLS=30 ROWS=8)(/TEXTAREA)

(Note that in the above line, I used parentheses instead of greater-than and less-than signs because this forum doesn't allow you to use greather-thans/less-thans symbols).

...The key point being that the "TEXTAREA" is in all-caps and the "comments" is in all lower-case.

Although I'm pretty sure that "TEXTAREA" can be lower-case too.... but just in case... make it all UPPER-CASE.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, submit a support request with your "order_template.html" file and we'll take a look at it for you.
