Author Joseph Pishgar on 10-22-2001 at 13:25 (EST) | | Under the Control Panel "General Settings" is a "Payment Options" tab. Just set the desired options to "Yes" and the undesired ones to "No" and bam, it'll show up on the Order form like that.
