Linux Browser

Hi Bill Weiner,

at the moment i play with linux as OS for my
buissiness.
Now, at my first try to connect to internet,
i saw that the linux browser e.g. konqueror,
makes a error.
The Applets will not load - the message "loading Apllet" appears, but thats all.
What is the reason for it ?
I have enabled Java as well as Java Script.

With best regards

schwab ralf

Hello Schwab. In regard to the Linux "Konqueror" browser... unfortunately, I'm not really familiar with it... but here is something to try:

Try your browser on the applets directly on our website:

http://www.uburst.com/uShop/applets.html

.... We know that everything there is configured correctly, so if they work for you there, then the problem is more than likely a problem with your setup... in which case, you can give us the URL and we'll take a look at it for you.

If those applets do not work on your browser, see if the "Konqueror" has a "Java Console" and if so, note any messages that you see. We may be able to recognize something.
