i know i have orders in my cgi-bin/orders directory but can not get to them.(I dont know the order number of these) i using ushop 2.0 I used my ftp program, but no files list. I have tried changing all the permissions but still nothing???what can be done to solve this??

also i get quite a few orders every day, can i download more then one at a time???? vewing each one with the viewer is a waste of time and take a lot of time with +30 orders each day

John,

If you have orders in your "orders" directory then you can use "view" in your ftp program to look at them. The order reader applet is a way to provide access to orders without giving access to the system files via ftp. You certainly don't have to use it.

If you have lots of orders then ftp and download all the orders at one time.

I'm not sure I understand what your saying about your orders. You know they are in your orders directory but you can't get to them? Are you sure the orders directory location is referenced correctly in your cgi script?
