I have upgraded from 2.x to 3.4 and have all the elements working to the point of getting the authoizenet screen to come up for the credit card info. I have tried setting in the control panel the correct login (same as was used with the 2.x ushop_authnet_30.cgi) and added the new url's on my authorize.net account to direct to ushop.cgi instead of ushop_authnet_30.cgi and have tried using the testing login and making the authoriznet set in test mode along with the control panel in test mode. None work. Any suggestions?

What is the exact error that you are getting? Some sort of "Invalid Authorize.Net Merchant Account" error? If so, then usually that would be mean that either:

1) You mistyped your merchant ID when entering it on the control panel.

or

2) Your Authorize.Net account is not setup correctly (In which case, contact Authorize.Net).

However, since you mention that you are getting an error when just trying the "testing" merchant ID account... there may be something else causing the problem. What I would suggest doing first is double-checking your Authorize.Net settings. That is, make sure the following fields are set on the uShop Control Panel (Under General Settings):

Authorize.Net URL: https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
Merchant ID: testing
Test Mode: True
