Applet greyed out

I've read some of the posts on here about this problem but I haven't been able to fix the problem using some of those solutions mentioned.

http://www.netservgroup.com/order.html

The error is "class UShopInput3 not found"

Hello Dawn,

Applets not functioning are almost always one of two things-

1)Codebase incorrect.

2)Applet uploaded in ASCII as opposed to BINARY.

Just looking briefly at your page and attempting to access from the page's location the ../classes/ directory (which should feed me either a "You are not authorized to view this page" or directory listing, or uShop classes index placeholder page) I get a 404 not found error. So its most *probably* your codebase parameter.

For more information regarding this error, please refer to http://www.uburst.com/uShop/codebase.html

Hope this helps.

I tried adding "../" but it still didn't work. There is a root directory, then the store directory under it and then the class subdirectory under store.

Its definitely your codebase parameter, Dawn.
Try making it ../yourstoredirectory/yourclassdirectory/ and that should work.
If you continue having difficulties with this, go ahead and fill out a support request at www.uburst.com/supportform.html and we'll diagnose it more in depth.

I know it's my codebase. And I'm trying everything...lol

So, by your instructions, I need to write ../store/class/ ??

I got it!

I left out the first ../ and just wrote store/class/.

Thanks for the advice!
