I found a letter from someone in the past that had the same notice that I was getting. I tried fixing it and now i get this notice after clicking on the send order button

In regard to the "unable to open orders" error, see the "Unable to open orders" troubleshooting section on our uShop 2.x troubleshooting page:

http://www.uburst.com/uShop/reference2/troubleshooting.html

As for the "You are not authorized to view this page" message when you press the "Send Order" button, I would suggest checking the URL of your "scriptpath" parameter of your order applet. That URL should be pointing to the URL of the script on your secure server.... and when you try going directly to that URL with your browser, you should get the "uShop Copyright Page" similar to when you go to the URL of the script on our server:

https://www.uburst.com/cgi-bin/ushop_cgiscript.pl

If you do not successfully get the "uShop Copyright Page".... see the suggestions on the uShop 2.x troubleshooting page:

http://www.uburst.com/uShop/reference2/troubleshooting.html

If you do successfully get that "uShop Copyright Page".... then are you using the "thankyou_url" parameter on your order applet? If so, make sure the URL that you have there is a valid URL.
