Original Message | log files Author John Rupert on 12-05-2001 at 10:27 (EST) | When attempting to use the customer log option ushop did not send me email notification and orders were not in the order reader area?, customer however faxed me copys of the order and the credit card processor had completed properly, also I tried to read the log using .txt and other ext but no luck, any advice?

Go ahead and run the Diagnostic from the Control Panel and double check that your data directory and that your sendmail or sockets path (e-mail) are configured correctly. If you have all OK's there, we can elevate this to another level. If you get any that aren't OK, reply with your URL here and perhaps even send us a mail with your control panel URL and password in it for us to diagnose it from the source.
