Zero costs items.

My client is using the program to also order infomation only items with zero costs. If the customer buys nothing but only orders info items the transaction will not complete. I had to add .01 to each info request item as a work around. Is there a way to use Ushop on an order with out charges of any kind?

What input applet's are you using? I'm pretty sure that you can enter a price of $0.00 on most input applets. So you should be able to at least add items to the shoppin cart with a cost of $0.00...and then you should be able to submit an order once at least one of those items has been added to the cart.

There is not option at this time to turn off all prices/totals....but by adding $0.00 priced items, the totals will at least be displayed as "$0.00".

I can use zero costs items and they are added to the cart properly, but the order form gives a "improper item total" warning message and won't send the form. The problem is in the order form error checking. Any more ideas?

Oh, I see. Try submitting a support request at:

http://www.uburst.com/supportform.html

With your license number and the order applet that you are using and we may already something in our customization archives that you can use.
