uShop 3.4 cgi script causing problems

I just upgraded to 3.4 and have followed directions to the letter replacing class files and the 3 .pl scripts. After filling out the order_template there is no response to get to the review order page.

I just got an e-mail from my web host provider saying the following:

"We noticed that one of your script : ushop.cgi is taking up lots of CPU
time. If you are on our dedicated server that will not be a problem,
however, you are on a shared machine, your script is denying other users
of their CPU processes. We have renamed ushop.cgi to fixme_ushop.cgi so
that you have a chance to get it fixed before running it again.

Please do let us know once the script is fixed."

So what's wrong with this ushop.cgi script????

Providing you haven't made any unauthorized changes to the script, there is nothing wrong with the uShop CGI script. Submit a support request with your license number and a copy of all three scripts that you are using on your server and I will take a look a your configuration.
