I'd like to be able to make the "reserve" indicator character/image the last name or abbreviated last name of the person reserving it.

I have 15 doctors and 10 rooms to schedule. I'd like to be able to print out schedule sheets that have the last name or an abbrev. version of a doctors last name to clearly see who has what office during what times - usually one hour time slots. Currently the only way to do this is to view the popups online and manually add to the printed sheets - a major drag.

Anyway this can be done?

We actually did have a special version of uReserve 1.x that did that... but I'm not sure if we have something similar for uReserve 2.x yet. I'll look into it today and will reply to your support request.

Yes, we do have a version of uReserve 2.x where you can show the name as the reservation indicator. Go ahead and submit a support request at:

... with your license number... and we can send you a copy.
