What is the format for the outputted start and stop times in the submitted answer sheets. I haven't been able to find it in any of the documentation and it hasn't been obvious.

Actually, both times are given in seconds since January 1, 1970. So to determine the actual test time (in seconds), you would subtract the two numbers:

For example:

995051227369 - 995051235631 = 8262 seconds (or 2 hours, 17 minutes and 42 seconds).
