In the answer file for responses, is there a sample of the format for a typical Answer9, long essay type, or is the contents written to the answer file for evaluation by the examiner?
If the latter, why have a points value? which implies they can be auto scored.

Answers of type "LONG" or "ESSAY" will be displayed on the bottom portion of the Answer Sheet... regardless of the question number. So to keep the numbers on the answer sheet in numeric order, you may want to put any "LONG" or "ESSAY" questions at the end of your test.

Points are applied to confirm whether or not the question was answered, and are only utilized if automatic grading is chosen. The format is flat plain text.

Hope this helps.
