"Color on orders"

Since I have switched to Netscape 7 my received orders will not print in color. The order shows on the monitor with blue blocks behind various areas of type, but this blue will not print out as it previously did. We use this color feature to differentiate between ordinary papers and orders on our desk.

That kind of sounds similar to IE browsers. That is, I think IE browsers don't print out background colors (nor background images) from HTML pages.

Unless there is a setting in Netscape 7 to print out background colors, you may be able to make some modifications to the script to change the FONT COLOR of the various areas that you want be different.... so that at least the font color prints out differently. If you give me a description of what text you want printed in a different color, I may be able to assist.

I previously contacted Netscape, and they gave me a set of instructions that I attempted. It literally destroyed my computer, and I had to have a computer consultant come to straighten it out. That's very costly.
Can't you speak to Netscape directly to find out if what you are saying is true? I never know what they are saying because it's mostly jibberish to me. I'm no computer expert and can barely type. It would seem that uStorekeeper would put a fixit into their program to upgrade with the new Netscape. I can't resolve the differences between the two of you. That's up to you.

We can't control how Netscape does/doesn't printout the background colors of HTML pages.
