"error after search"
Posted by John Gilbert on Feb-20-00 at 03:02 PM (EST)
Currently I've got 2 catagories setup with multiple items in each. When executing a search in the tree catagory the oprion to see more articles in the same catagory generates an error that indicates that it can't open a data file. If you use a search from the other catagory this option works fine. Any ideas? I can find no reason why this feature would work with on file and not the other. Take a look the url is http://www.food-plots.com/cgi-bin/suid/~wr/ustorekeeper.pl

The problem is with the "&" character that you use in that categories name "Trees & Cover Plants". There may be some escape-sequence checks we could add in a future release...but until then, don't use the "&" in the Category Names.
