Hi Ustorers,

The "Contact Me" button option in the opdering page fails with a apache 500 error (see below).

It appears from the logs the email is being attempted to be sent to "username@localhost" and not to the contact email address specified in ustorekeeper-manager.pl page.

Any ideas folks?

uStorekeeper's "Contact Me" order option will send the email notification to the:

1) The email address that you have configured as the "Primary Email:" on the uStorekeeper Control Panel.

2) The email address(s) that you have configured as the "Secondary Email(s):" on the uStorekeeper Control Panel.

3) And the email address that the customer enters in the order form.

So a few questions:

Question #1: Do the other order options successfully send the order notifications to the "Primary Email" and "Secondary Email" addresses?

Question #2: Do the other order options successfully sent the order receipt to the customer's email address?

Question #3: Have you tried the same customer's email address that worked in #2 above in the "Contact Me" order form?

Question #4: From the uStorekeeper Control Panel, press the "Diagnostics" button... and then on the "Diagnostics" output page... click the "Email Test" button at the very bottom. Do you receive the test email?

Answer those questions and then we can determine where to go from there.
