The ustorekeeper-affiliates.pl file is definitely included in the .zip file of the full version of uStorekeeper. So considering that you are not seeing it - along with the fact that your final order step is still linking to the "Thank you for using the trial version of uStorekeeper" page...leads me to believe that you didn't unzip the full version's .zip file to where you think you did. Double-check that....because upon unzipping it, you should see the following 4 script files:

ustorekeeper.pl
ustorekeeper-manager.pl
ustorekeeper-affiliates.pl
ustorekeeper-lib.pl

(along with some other reference files of course)

When an order is placed, an email notification will always be sent to the email address configured as the "Primary Email" field on the "GENERAL SETTINGS" form.

Additional email notifications will be sent to any email addresses listed in "Secondary Email(s)" field on the "GENERAL SETTINGS" form (if any).

And an email receipt will be sent to the customer - if the customer entered a valid email address in the "Email" field on the order form.

At this time, the is no way to change the background color on order page. You can change the background color of the forms on the order page, and the colors of the title bars and fonts on that page, but not the very background of the order page.
