In my shopping cart the tax, shipping and handling are not display. I also use the print order form option. At the bottom where it lists the subtotal, it does have them eather. The only place it has them is on the order notification when they use the order form. How to i display these?

It sounds like you are using version 2.0 of uShop, correct? If so, then the tax, shipping and handling will not be displayed in the shopping cart until the customer views an HTML page with your order form applet on it. This is because the tax, shipping, and handling are based on where the customer lives.....that is, information that is not known until he/she fills out the order form. Therefore, if you don't have the shopping cart applet on the same page as the order applet, then what most people do is put a note on their shopping cart page saying:

"Tax, Shipping and Handling will be automatically calculated when you fill out the order form."

....or something to that extent....

I have it set up so my orders are sent by the Print Order Form, so it may be mailed or faxed, but the tax and shipping are not added into the order form. Why?

Are you using the uShopPrintFormCGI applet or the uShopPrintButtonCGI applet?

If you are using the uShopPrintButtonCGI applet, the tax and shipping information will not be included on the order form printout due to the same reason discussed above.

If you are using the uShopPrintFormCGI applet, then the tax and shipping information should be included on the order form. You can see this by trying the uShopPrintFormCGI applet out on our uShop 2.0 reference site:

http://www.uburst.com/uShop/reference2/us/

Check that your parameters are correct and that you are using the latest uShop 2.0 applets/script. And if that still doesn't solve the problem, give me the URL and I will take a look at it.
