"order page has frames even though not put in"

When I'm on the Shopping Cart page, and click the button to begin the order and it begins the order page, it throws in frames from the website even though I don't want frames on that page. I use frontpage and set the settings to no frames but it still throws them in. Any advice?

Thank you.

Hi,

I realized I typed the last message wrong. I am using shared borders which somehow are being applied to the order page even though i checked no shared borders. on top of that, in netscape it puts in two sets of the shared borders, one embedded in the other.

Thanks.

By default, the uShopOrderButton applet will use a target of "_top" when linking to the first page of the order process. "_top" will break you out of any frames... although I'm not that familiar with what "shared borders" are. In any case, you can utilize the uShopOrderButton applet's "target" parameter to specify a different target, such as:

< PARAM NAME="target" VALUE="_new" >

Refer to the uShop Applet Reference for more information on the parameters of the "uShopOrderButton" applet.

To be more clear. I'm doing the website in MS Frontpage. I use shared borders where in the design environment, it is like a frame which will be applied to all pages in the web, but it is saved as one page since frames can be slow and not practical. In Frontpage you give a setting whether to use the shared border on that page or not. I have the display_cart.html file set to not share borders. Somehow it seems it is looking at a higher page, even though the main homepage index.html does not have the borders. The shopping cart page does not have the borders either. I'm just not sure what to do. Have been playing with it and will play some more.

Thank you if any more ideas.

I guess there is a file called 'template_cart' with display_cart looks at, or maybe I'm confused, but I managed to fix it nonetheless. or maybe I was changing the wrong file. Anyway, I got it.

Thanks!
