Neil,

I am unclear as to what you are describing. Could you please clarify, and include your url as well?

Thanks, Charlie Edmunds

I have placed the class files in there own folder and added the tag codebase="../clases/" but i am still having the problem.
What happens is that you add items to the cart which show in the basket and on the veiw basket page but after you go to the order page and fill in the details on pressing the submit button it gives a warning to add items. The url for the shop is http://www.slipstreamit.co.uk/shop/shopindex.htm

I took a look at your site and noticed that you have all of your regular store pages on your public server...but have the order form page on your secure server. This means that even though you set the codebase to "../clases/" on all of your applets, browsers will interpret some classes from being loaded from the URL:

http://www.slipstreamit.co.uk/clases/

and others as being loaded from:

https://secure.cheapnet.co.uk/~stream/clases/

and therefore, treat them as separate shopping carts.

In order to be able to keep your store pages on your public server and your order page on your secure server, you must use the uShopOrderButtonCGI applet to handle transferring the shopping cart data from the public server to the secure server. You can read about that applet (and other security solutions) at the following URL:

It sounds like it may be a codebase setting problem on your order applet. Make sure the "codebase" of your order applet is EXACTLY the same as the codebase of all of your other applets.

Here is some good information about the "codebase":

http://www.uburst.com/uShop/reference/codebase.html

If not using the codebase at all, then just make sure the page with the order applet on it is in the same directory as all of your other product pages.

Otherwise, give us the URL and we'll take a look at it.
