"Cart contents deleted on refresh"

After receiving a complaint that cart contents were occasionally deleted moving between pages, I discovered that although simple navigation didn't clear the cart, hitting Refresh in IE will. Specifically, doing a true Refresh by pressing Ctrl+Refresh will bypass the cache and clear the cart's contents. (Note: This doesn't occur with NS7.)

Any chance that this could be fixed?

Thanks!

The shopping cart contents are stored in memory cache... so when you do a full refresh with IE by pressing Ctrl+Refresh, you clear your browser's memory cache ... just as if exited/restarted your browser. There is no way to control that.
