"filename of order applet"

In your troubleshooting guide the following instruction appears:
If the order files are not being created and yet you still successfully get the order receipt page, then you may just have the
"scriptpath" parameter of your order applet pointing to the ushop_cgiscript on our www.uburst.com server. That is, check the
HTML of your order applet and make sure that the "scriptpath" parameter is pointing to the ushop_cgiscript on your server.

Please tell me the FILENAME of the file you are referring to as "your order applet".

These are the order applets that the direction is referring to.

uShopOrderCGI
uShopOrderBasicCGI
uShopOrderCheckCGI - 2.0
uShopOrderContactCGI
uShopOrderCustomCGI
uShopOrderDeluxeCGI

Take a look at the above url, find the applets above in the list. Look at that code, good examples that cover what you're asking about.

Thanks, Charlie Edmunds

MY sriptpath is the same in all my files :

Also, note I am NOT receiving anything when I actually place the order except a screen from IE5 that says, "The page cannot be displayed,...Cannot find server or DNS server."

My FILENAME used for my orders are

I am attempting to use this applet,

This scriptpath works for all my other shopping carts, and items etc.....

I also tried the other order applet

And pressed Send Order on it with similar results. Note nothing ever appears in my orders folder and I never receive a receipt page or email.

Any further thoughts? Thanks

David,

Are you able to get the copyright notice with your scriptpath url?
