"Setting up multiple CGI Scripts"
Posted by R Matuszak on Jan-12-00 at 10:44 PM (EST)
I have already opened a service request on this, but I seem to get faster answers here. I need to set up several order pages, and need each one to go to a different email address. Can I set up mutltiple cgi scripts (rename them), or is there a better way to do this?
Thanks,
RM

Nope, that is not a feature of uShop. Are they separate companies?

The only way to do that would be to setup multiple copies of the ushop_cgiscript....each one configured to send the notification to one of the different places.

To setup multiple copies of the ushop_cgiscript, you can just rename them to ushop_cgiscript1.pl, ushop_cgiscript2.pl, and so on.... And of course, have the corresponding order forms link to the appropriate script. Note that in your case, there really isn't a need to create different order directories for each script.
