"Error Completing Order"
Posted by distasio on May-16-03 at 09:03 AM (EST)
I'm relatively new to CGI, so I'm hoping I just made a silly newbie mistake.

I think I have everything setup correctly. I can add to my cart, go through the order processes by filling in my shipping and other info, but when I click the button to finalize my order, I get the following error message..."There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed."

As far as I can tell it should work...I can run the test script just fine, I can access my control panel, and everything about Ushop works until I press the button to finalize my order.

The site is http://lizzie.web.aplus.net

Is there anyone who has seen a similar error message, or maybe someone who might be kind enough to take a quick look?

Thanks in advance...
Steve

Just tried your site and confirmed that it does what you said. I have a couple of ideas to check:

1. What payment options have you enabled?
2. Are the paths to your payment template files correct?

It obviously can get to your ushop.pl file, so it must be getting lost while trying to load another page.

Good luck!

1) The only payment option I have enabled right now is the "print payment" option. But I receive the same error if I add CC Payment option and try to submit via that.

2) As far as I can tell, all the paths are correct.

I'm stumped...any advice would be a real help.

Thanks...
Steve

Well, I feel like an idiot. Turns out I was using an old copy of the USHOP-LIB.PL file...it was the trial version! When I replaced it with the correct one...BINGO...worked great.

Thanks...
Steve
