I took a look at your site and noticed that you are getting two error messages:

error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: uShopCartBase
error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: uShopInternational

... which is a good indication that you do not have all of the required class files in your "classes" directory.

In fact, based on your codebase setting, you can verify that those classes are missing by trying to go to the URLs:

http://www.collectorsgalleryvegas.com/classes/uShopCartBase.class
http://www.collectorsgalleryvegas.com/classes/uShopInternational.class

So to correct the problem, make sure you put ALL of the uShop 3.x class files in your "classes" directory.

On a side note (unrelated to the above problem), I see that you are using the full URL of your classes directory for the CODEBASE setting of your applets. That is fine to do, however, it will be much easier in the long run in you can arrange your store's directory structure so that you can set the CODEBASE to be simply:

codebase="../classes/"

... which is the default codebase for uShop 3.x. See the following URL for more information about the recommended directory structure/codebase setting:
