Is it possible to export the database file
or parse it so that it can go into access or excel? I would love to take my names and addresses in my udirectory database and find a way to send them directly to mailing labels.

Take a look at the uDirectory user's manual Section 13 - Data Format and Importing Data:

http://www.uburst.com/uDirectory/deluxe_users_manual.html#SECTION13

This will give you a good understanding of how uDirectory stores all of your category information in bar-delimited text files. You can download your text files and import them into both Access and Excel. Both Access and Excel have menu options to "Get External Data" and then "Import" data. The import wizard will walk you through importing data from your text file.
