I have had calls this year about entire weeks disappearing. Is anyone else having this problem?
No, we have not received any other reports of such a problem.
Can you look on your server and see if the data files for the missing weeks actually exist? Weekly data files are located in your uReserve "data" directory and follow the naming convention:
Where MM-DD-YYYY corresponds to the date of the starting Sunday of each week.
I find that the files are there, but empty. I don't know if the user is creating the file when the discover that it is empty. They may be making an entry and then call me about the problem.
I have had weeks disappear also. Fortunately I had a backup but stll some reservations were lost. It rarely happens but... I hope this can be figured out.
The same week 7-20-03 disappeared again.
