Here's a problem that arises from time to time. A customer places a credit card order, and then backs up, and hits contact me, because they have a question. What happens is that the Contact Order overwrites the Credit Card Order, thus get an email notification that a credit card order was placed, but we have no way of getting the credit card info (without calling the customer).
When the customer uses the "Contact Me" option in that situation, it *will* overwrite the other order made with a credit card. My recommendation would be to make a notice in the Credit Card "Thank you" field that allows your customers to contact you with a mailto link.

That should most probably prevent your customers from pressing the Back button to use the "Contact Me" order button.
