"add to order button"

Ushop 2.0 trial version worked fine. After upgrade to full version "add to order" buttons do not move when you click on it, so customer doesn't know if item has been added or not.
Could that be fixed?

Hello Mikhail,

Thats a little strange. I have two recommendations to counter that problem.
1) Increase the size of the button. Sometimes the smaller button applets are more finicky when it comes to browsers registering clicks, and the highlight might not show up completely on the first click.
2) Add a popup window parameter to tell the shopper that he or she has added something to the cart.
This is done with the simple parameter-

With the capital X's removed of course. Had to add them to get the HTML to show up in the forum.

Hope this helps.

"add to order -2"

Joseph, thank you.

RE: 1) The bigger buttons of original Ushop size behave the same way ( http://www.australiagift.com/roo_bags/e1.htm ) - first click gives no result, second click creates dash frame around the button, after that button works OK, but by that time there are 3 items added to the shopping cart already.

RE: 2) Sorry, I can't see HTML in a forum format. Could you be so kind to email it to me.

Thank you.

Sorry about that. I know theres a trick to getting that darned HTML to show up in here. Let me try reposting.

[ PARAM NAME=popupwindow VALUE="YES" ]
Thats what it would look like, with the exception of >< signs instead of ][

Additionally, you can find all you'd ever need to know about the individual applets at the uShop 2.0 Reference site here-

Hope this helps.
